Sounding Board session for leaders with a problem to solve - 90, 60 or 30 minutes

Bring your difficult situation to the session - a strategy to work on, a knotty people problem, questioning organisational culture, a stalled or off-course project and come away with a plan to get things sorted. <br><br>In your role you often have to give difficult news, get a final decision on a contentious subject or convey complex information. Past experiences have shown you that people don't understand why it matters or don't want to hear. It's seems like it's one step back for every two steps forward. <br><br>Sometimes you just need someone with no vested interest to pick over the challenges. I have worked with many senior leaders to help them bring people along with the decisions, projects and changes you see are needed. <br><br>i will create the space for you to think through your best approaches to a situation. I will equip you with some techniques and tools you can apply right away to get traction on your projects. One to One Guided Goaching 6 sessions for team and organisation leaders

A personalised series of 6 sessions for leaders within purpose-led organisations. Are you finding that there's resistance to your way of doing things? That things you've set in motion are not getting done? That others can't see why it's important? <br><br>I have worked alongside many change leaders, helping them overcome pushback, people putting their heads in the sand or even raising grievances. We will set your aims together and design a programme just for you. Sessions are 45 minutes long, online, unless we can meet in person, and at a time convenient to you. There's a round up email after each session and bonus 30-min follow up call 2 months after we have finished. <br><br>I would encourage you to get funding from your organisation but there's a self-fund special price if that's not possible.
