Thank you for visiting the website, I'm pleased to meet you. You may be wondering who you are dealing with to entrust your projects, training and coaching to Clear as a Bell. Here's a short intro to me - do get in touch to introduce yourself.
I've had an eclectic career, spanning 40 years of teaching, training, fundraising, writing, research and insight - interspersed with a bit of building, cooking and translating and going back to be a student several times in between.
I realised that the common theme running through those years was introducing and making change happen, setting up new functions, new teams, new business, moving things on. Sometimes smoothly, sometimes with a bumpy ride but always learning.
Clear as a Bell, set up in 2021, is where I've put what I learnt together, add to it by bringing in the academic research, to share the knowledge in ways that can help you directly.

I bring decades of experience in strategy, insight, training and people-focused transformation. I create learning environments that are practical, inclusive, and energising, bringing a coaching approach to all my training, consultancy and facilitation.
