Thank you for visiting the website, I'm pleased to meet you. You may be wondering who you are dealing with to entrust your projects, training and coaching to Clear as a Bell. Here's a short intro to me - do get in touch to introduce yourself.

I've had an eclectic career, spanning 40 years of teaching, training, fundraising, writing, research and insight - interspersed with a bit of building, cooking and translating and going back to be a student several times in between.

Those years all involved introducing and making change happen, doing things in new ways, setting up new functions, new teams, new business, moving things on. Sometimes smoothly, sometimes with a bumpy ride but always learning. Looking back, the common theme to success running through it all has been - collaboration to create flow.

Clear as a Bell, set up in January 2022, is where I have poured the learning and the love from my experience, adding to it by bringing in the academic research, to share the knowledge in ways that can help you directly.

I bring decades of experience in strategy, insight, coaching, training and people-focused transformation. I create learning environments that are practical, inclusive, and energising, bringing a coaching approach to all my training, consultancy and facilitation.
