This one-day workshop is designed to unblock your situation. Come with an open mind and commit to putting the work in. You'll come out with a plan, a set of actions and a toolkit to put into practice straight away. It includes an introduction to the concept of uncertainty and how people react to it, different strategies to deal with uncertainty, how to approach people with different personalities and their roles.

You'll leave the workshop with renewed confidence, your own and your team 'uncertainty score', more understanding about your own change managment preferences and style. Above all, you'll go back to work with tools and actions to get on with.
