A personalised series of 6 sessions for leaders within purpose-led organisations. Are you finding that there's resistance to your way of doing things? That things you've set in motion are not getting done? That others can't see why it's important?

I have worked alongside many change leaders, helping them overcome pushback, people putting their heads in the sand or even raising grievances. We will set your aims together and design a programme to create a culture where you and your teams feel positive and safe to make changes, big and small.

I would encourage you to get funding from your organisation but there's a self-fund special price if that's not possible and the same discount applies for small charities. More Details

With all one-to-one packages, you will recieve a pre-coaching questionnaire, you will have access to a bespoke slide deck and sessions can be spread over a maximum of 6 months. 

  • The Standard Plus package is  6 x 90 minutes + a round up email + a phone call between sessions
  • The Standard packaage is 6 x 60 minutes 

Programme to be paid for in advance. If self-funded 50% upfront and 50% half way through. There is no VAT. 

You can decide on the frequency, once a week, once a fortnight or every three to four weeks.  

I will send you a round up email after each time plus you can email me between sessions.
