A personalised series of 6 sessions for leaders within purpose-led organisations. Are you finding that there's resistance to your way of doing things? That things you've set in motion are not getting done? That others can't see why it's important?

I have worked alongside many change leaders, helping them overcome pushback, people putting their heads in the sand or even raising grievances. We will set your aims together and design a programme just for you. Sessions are 45 minutes long, online, unless we can meet in person, and at a time convenient to you. There's a round up email after each session and bonus 30-min follow up call 2 months after we have finished.
