Bringing people along with you, from board members, peer leaders to operational staff, is the basis of getting the right change done more quickly.  Whether you are leading people into change for the first time or are a seasoned change leader, these Guiding Principles will help you shape change. 

Note: This is NOT a how to guide, it's not about processes, systems, project management techniques or team structure - all of which are essential and where your own expertise comes in. It's about working with people as a leader so that all those very necessary changes can happen as smoothly as possible as you all work with a common purpose.
